It was a sad day for our Geospatial team on Friday when they said goodbye to Senior Ecological Modeller, @Virginia Iorio.
Virginia has won a prestigious fellowship with the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). The MSCA which is part of @Horizon Europe is the European Union's flagship funding programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training of researchers. Virginia will be based at the Fondazione Edmund Mach in Trento, Italy where she will be working on Project WildSound, the acoustic dimension of human and terrestrial wildlife interactions.
We wish her every possible success as she embarks on this new adventure.
