When did you join Natural Power? 

I joined Natural Power’s renewables, wildlife and technology team in November 2021. Previous to that I managed avian radar systems for wind farms and airfields. 

What does your role consist of?  

I contribute to the development, deployment, and operational support of Natural Power’s EchoSense® system.  I am a certified wildlife biologist with over 18 years of professional experience in managing human-wildlife conflicts, so I have been able to bring this to the role. 

What aspect of your role do you find the most rewarding?  

I enjoy problem solving, so finding ways to use EchoSense® to solve problems facing the wind industry is rewarding.  I enjoy being part of an outstanding team that delivers our science-driven approach to clients. 

Provide a hidden talent or quirky fact about yourself. 

I maintain my New York State Wildlife Control Operators license and have trapped well over 200 skunks (and many other less stinky animals) without incident.
