Jim has been involved in the North American renewable energy industry since 2000 and established Natural Power's presence in the US in 2009. In his current role, as President, North American Operations, he is responsible for setting the strategy and the day-to-day management of Natural Power’s presence in the North American renewable energy market. Throughout his career he has managed contracts supporting the development and operations of several thousand MW’s of high-profile wind energy projects on an international and domestic level for utility, lender, government and industrial clients. His expertise includes initial project site identification and feasibility, due diligence, wind plant layout and design, wind resource and energy assessment, turbine technology reviews and asset management aspects of wind energy for on and offshore wind projects alike.
